This photo series shows me doing my hair. I have naturally
curly hair that I've learned to love. The photo series shows me doing my hair
in simple steps. It starts from brushing and washing it and ends with me blow
drying and finally having it done. I chose to make the photo black and white
because I really like the feel it gives the whole series. I took the pictures
as I did my hair so as the day went on the lighting changed also, which made
some pictures brighter than others. For next time, I would've used a blank
background. The background was busy when
I took the photos so I tried to blur them out so the attention was on me doing
my hair.
I really like the pictures you took. The black and white effect makes the pictures simple and beautiful and doesn't lack detail. The lighting is great and I like how you blurred the background, drawing more attention to the subject. I also liked the story you tried to portray with the pictures and the way you took a picture at every step was great.
